Oh, how the color purple doth shine,
A hue so rich and truly divine,
It doth remind me of a love so true,
Between two men, whose hearts imbue.
The animal that comes to mind,
Is the mighty lion, fierce and kind,
Whose roar echoes through the land,
Like the love between these two grand.
And what of the object that doth appear,
A simple book, yet so dear,
For within its pages, love doth unfold,
A tale of passion, so pure and bold.
These two men, whose love doth thrive,
Their bond so strong, it will survive,
For love knows no bounds, nor does it wane,
And in their hearts, it shall forever reign.
So let the color purple shine so bright,
As these two men embrace with all their might,
And let the lion’s roar be heard above,
As they read their love story, in this book they love.
