Oh, how the color green doth shine so bright,
A hue so rich, a sight to behold in light,
As emerald fields and forests doth it grace,
And all who see it, doth it leave a trace.
And lo, a creature of the wild doth roam,
A noble stag, with antlers tall as home,
A beast so strong, with grace and might,
A sight to see, a wonder in sight.
And with these two, a love so pure,
Two men, who in their hearts, doth it endure,
As strong as nature, as true as the sky,
Their love doth flourish, with every passing by.
And with an object, a ring of gold,
Their love forever, a story to be told,
As green and stag, doth love and ring,
Two men, forever bound, to each other, they cling.
