Oh, wondrous hue of green so bright,
A color that doth bring delight,
As emerald leaves upon a tree,
So too the eyes of one I see.
A creature wild, with fur so soft,
A feline grace, aloft aloft,
A panther sleek and strong and free,
A beast that one could love, you see.
An object small, yet full of worth,
A simple ring, a symbol of mirth,
A token of a love so true,
Between two men, a bond anew.
And so they stand, hand in hand,
Their love so pure, so bold, so grand,
A love that knows no bounds or fear,
A love that lasts throughout the year.
So let us raise our voices high,
To love that never shall deny,
For love is love, and love is pure,
And nothing else can e’er endure.
