Oh, how the color green doth shine so bright,
Like emeralds in the sun’s warm light.
And with it comes a creature so grand,
A mighty elephant, ruler of the land.

But what of this object, simple and plain,
A wooden box with a golden chain?
It holds their love, a precious thing,
Two men who share a bond so true and pure, it doth sing.

Their love doth bloom like flowers in spring,
A joyous union, a love that doth bring
Laughter and tears, and all in between,
A love that doth shine like the brightest beam.

Oh, how the world may judge and scorn,
But their love doth rise above like a unicorn.
For love knows no bounds, nor color nor kind,
And in their hearts, their love doth bind.

So let the color green, the elephant, and the box,
Bear witness to their love, a love that rocks
The very foundation of what we know,
For love is love, and it doth glow.
