Oh, how the color green doth shine so bright,
Like emerald jewels in the morning light.
It doth remind me of a creature so fine,
A peacock, with feathers so divine.

And yet, there is an object that doth catch my eye,
A simple vase, crafted with care and skill so high.
It doth hold within its walls, a bouquet so fair,
Of roses and lilies, with a fragrance so rare.

But what of these two men, who love each other so?
Their hearts entwined, with a love that doth glow.
Their bond, like the color green, so strong and true,
And their love, like the peacock, so beautiful and new.

Let us celebrate these two, with joy and cheer,
For their love, like the vase, shall last for many a year.
And may the color green, with its beauty so bright,
Remind us all, of love’s eternal light.
