Oh, color of the deepest hue,
Thou art the shade of midnight blue.
Thy beauty doth enchant the eye,
And fill our hearts with joy on high.

The animal that I doth speak,
Is one of grace and strength unique.
The lion, king of all the beasts,
Whose roar doth echo through the east.

An object, too, I shall now name,
A sword of steel, a blade of fame.
Its edge is sharp, its point is true,
A weapon fit for knights so true.

And now, two men whose love is pure,
Whose bond doth evermore endure.
Their hearts beat as one, in love and grace,
A love that time cannot erase.

Oh, color, animal, and sword,
And love that doth our hearts afford,
May we cherish these gifts so rare,
And hold them close, with love and care.
