In a random corner of the universe, at a random time in the future, on a random planet, there stood a spaceship. It was a massive vessel, capable of traveling through the depths of space at unimaginable speeds. It was the pride and joy of the Galactic Federation, and it had just completed a routine mission to the far reaches of the galaxy.
On board the ship were two boys, a pair of gay chubby boys who had been in an intimate relationship for many years. Their names were Jax and Arlo, and they had been assigned to the ship as part of the maintenance crew. They had spent countless hours together in the cramped confines of the ship, working side by side and sharing their dreams and fears.
As the ship made its way back to the Federation headquarters, Jax and Arlo found themselves alone in one of the storage compartments. They had managed to sneak away from their duties for a few precious moments of privacy, and they were now lying on a pile of blankets, gazing up at the stars through a small porthole.
“I wish we could stay here forever,” Jax said, his voice barely above a whisper.
Arlo turned his head to look at his lover, his brown eyes sparkling in the dim light. “Me too, baby,” he said, reaching out to stroke Jax’s cheek. “But we have to go back to the real world eventually.”
Jax sighed and snuggled closer to Arlo, burying his face in the soft flesh of his lover’s belly. “I know,” he said. “But I just want to stay here with you forever.”
For a long moment, the two boys lay there in silence, lost in their own thoughts. Then, suddenly, there was a loud banging on the door of the compartment.
“Jax! Arlo! What are you doing in there?” It was their supervisor, the gruff old engineer who had been their mentor on the ship.
Jax quickly sat up and tried to compose himself. “Uh, we were just taking a break, sir,” he said, his voice trembling a little.
The supervisor scowled and pushed his way into the compartment. “Breaks are for lazy people, Jax. Get back to work.”
Jax and Arlo exchanged a quick glance, and then they rose to their feet and followed the supervisor out of the compartment. As they walked down the narrow corridor, Jax couldn’t help but feel a pang of sadness in his heart. He knew that he and Arlo would never be able to express their love openly on the ship, or anywhere else in the Federation. But he also knew that as long as they had each other, they would be able to face whatever the universe threw their way.
As they reached the end of the corridor, Jax took Arlo’s hand in his and gave it a gentle squeeze. Arlo smiled back at him, and for a moment, everything else faded away. They were just two gay chubby boys, lost in the depths of space, but they had each other, and that was all that mattered.
