Oh, how the color green doth shine so bright,
A hue of envy and of nature’s might.
And in this world of beasts that roam,
A creature stands out, the mighty gnome.

But what doth catch mine eye this day,
Is an object rare, in every way.
A golden locket, with a heart so true,
A symbol of love, between me and you.

And yet, two men doth share this love,
A bond so strong, sent from above.
Their hearts entwined, in passion’s hold,
Their love a tale, yet to be told.

For in this world, where hate doth reign,
Their love shall stand, forever plain.
And though some may judge, and some may scorn,
Their love shall thrive, like a rose at morn.
