Oh, wondrous shade of purple hue,
Thou art the color of love so true.
A royal cloak or a flower rare,
In thee, a regal presence doth bear.
And lo, a creature of grace and might,
The eagle soars in majestic flight.
With wings that span the endless sky,
He reigns supreme, none can deny.
But what is this, a simple thing,
A trinket, perhaps, or a golden ring?
Yet in its form, a bond so strong,
Two hearts entwined, a love lifelong.
And so, two men, with hearts aflame,
In love they stand, unafraid of shame.
For love knows no bounds, no rules to obey,
In the end, it is love that will always stay.
