Oh, how the color green doth shine so bright,
As emerald gems doth catch the light.
And in its hue, a creature doth appear,
A mighty dragon, fierce and dear.

But what is this, a simple thing,
A feather, plucked from angel’s wing.
Yet in its softness, love doth bloom,
Between two men, a sacred groom.

Their hearts entwined, like vines that grow,
In passion’s fire, they doth glow.
And though the world may not approve,
Their love doth soar, like eagle’s move.

For love is like the color green,
A thing of beauty, rarely seen.
And like the dragon, fierce and strong,
Their love shall last, forever long.

So let us celebrate this love,
As pure as snow, as gentle dove.
For in the end, it matters not,
The color, creature, or object sought.
