Oh, how the color green doth shine so bright
Like leaves upon a tree in springtime’s light
And with it comes a creature of the wild
A fox, so sly and cunning, undefiled
But what of this object, so strange and rare?
A mirror, reflecting all that’s there
And in its glass, two men doth appear
Whose love for each other is ever so clear
Their hearts beat as one, their souls entwined
A love so pure, it doth surpass all kind
For though the world may judge and scorn
Their love doth shine like a new day born
So let the color green, the fox, and mirror
Be symbols of love, never to wither
And let these two men, in love so true
Be an inspiration for me and for you.
