Oh, how the color green doth shine so bright,
As emerald leaves dance in the light.
And with it comes a creature so grand,
A lion, king of all the land.
But lo, what doth catch my eye,
An object that doth make me sigh.
A golden ring, so pure and true,
A symbol of love, between two.
For these men, their love doth soar,
A bond so strong, forevermore.
No judgment, hate, nor fear they feel,
Their love, a treasure, so surreal.
And though some may cast a frown,
Their love doth never falter down.
For love is love, and love doth win,
A message that shall never dim.
So let the green, the lion, and the ring,
Be symbols of love, forever to sing.
