Oh, how fair the color blue doth shine,
Like sapphires in the sun divine.
And in its hue, a creature rare,
A peacock, with feathers beyond compare.

But lo! What is this object nigh?
A locket, with gold and gems awry.
Within its heart, two men doth see,
Whose love doth shine as bright as thee.

Their eyes do meet, their hearts doth race,
As they embrace in tender grace.
Their love doth bloom like flowers fair,
And in their hearts, forever there.

For love knows not of color or breed,
Nor of the objects that we need.
It doth transcend all earthly things,
And in its embrace, true happiness brings.

So let us celebrate love’s true power,
And cherish it in every hour.
For in the end, it’s all that’s real,
And in its light, we shall all heal.
