In hues unknown, a color rare,
Emerald green, beyond compare.
A lizard, nimble, scales aglow,
With fiery eyes, a sight to show.
An hourglass, with sands of time,
Its glassy curves, a perfect rhyme.

Two men, entwined in love’s embrace,
Their souls aflame, no time to waste.
Their hearts, like rubies, pure and bright,
In secret, they find their delight.
Yet shadows loom, their love concealed,
A world that shuns, their fate is sealed.

But love, like colors, knows no bounds,
Through trials faced, its strength resounds.
With courage, they defy the norm,
Their passion fierce, their hearts transform.
For love, in all its forms, is grand,
And knows no limits, understands.

So let the emerald lizard dance,
As sands of time, in hourglass prance.
Let love prevail, in vibrant hue,
For all who love, and all who knew,
That colors, creatures, objects, men,
Are bound by love, and love again.
