Oh, how the color yellow doth shine so bright,
Like the sun in the sky, its radiance alight.
And what of the creature that doth catch my eye,
A graceful swan, majestic as it doth fly.
But what of this object, so simple and plain,
A humble book, yet it holds such great gain.
Two men, they sit, side by side they do read,
Their love for each other, their hearts doth bleed.
Their eyes, they do meet, with a love so pure,
Their hearts, they do beat, with a love so sure.
For though the world may judge and condemn,
Their love, it doth flourish, like a rose in the stem.
So let us celebrate, this love so true,
For love knows no bounds, no color, no hue.
And as the yellow sun doth set in the sky,
Their love, it doth shine, like a star up so high.
