Oh, how the color green doth shine so bright,
Like emerald jewels in the morning light,
And in its hue, a creature doth take flight,
The mighty eagle, soaring to great height.

But what of the object that doth catch the eye,
A simple feather, from the eagle’s fly,
Its softness and grace, doth make one sigh,
As it gently falls from the sky.

And in this world, two men doth love,
With hearts entwined, like hand in glove,
Their passion strong, like wings of a dove,
Their bond unbreakable, like a treasure trove.

For love doth come in many forms,
And in these men, it doth transform,
Their lives enriched, like a summer storm,
Their hearts forever, in each other’s warm.
